Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
